If you just bought this then there will be a diagram on the motor nameplate and/or under the terminal cover where you connect the wires. Generally speaking, there are two wires inside the motor that change positions depending on 115 or 230 v connection. If one of the wires is on a post common to one of the line leads, that usually means you have the motor set for 115V. Is that the voltage you are supplying to the motor? If there is no diagram you can make out on the motor, post what brand motor and the motor model number for a diagram.

My friend, my experience with the two speed pump in low speed is less than spectacular. There is so little filter action with the lower speed as to render the process useless. If you are trying to save $, better to run the pump a little longer then turn it off. My experience is in a commercial application. I run three such pumps in that system ... the additional expense of the two speed motors was a waste of capitol. In addition, as a commercial facility, we could not meet the required water turn over rate in our pools. Of course yours is a smaller body of water and you are probably not in a commercial facility. We get a LOT of cleaning (through filtration) at night, after the customers go home.

I suppose you could run your system with a intelematic switch ... I have not seen a 'three way' switch in this line ... having said that ... to my way of thinking ... you would wire directly through the selector switch on the back of the motor to each of two intelematic's; one on the high side and the other on the low side. I would allow at least 30 minutes between the two cycles to prevent impeller damage.

Based on your description of the breakers you should have 230VAC to the pump motor. Even if it is only 115VAC you should still get a response from the unit when powered on. A 230-connected motor will run on 115 for some time but will overheat and eventually fail. If you are getting nothing you have issues with the power as well as the pump. Get the $40-$50 multimeter and check your line voltages to ground and line-to-line. You will find a problem somewhere.

And to answer your other question...yes, connecting 230VAC to a motor setup for 115 will burn up the winding.

Could be the motor has packed up. Or, more likely, perhaps the contacts or coil in the timer have failed. That is a big motor, and a lot of current is going thru the timer contacts. Can you apply voltage directly to the motor? Do you have an AC voltmeter to check the power from the timer with?

How do I install the 4 prong electrical cable to the dryer?

I would attach the black wire to the black & yellow, white to white, red to blue & brown. The green wire is your ground wire and needs to be attached to the cabinet. On the connection where your white wire is located see if there is a copper strap that goes from the terminal block to the cabinet. If there is, you will need to remove that strap and attach the green wire to where the strap was attached to the cabinet. Hope this helps!

Telephone jack wiring

Most cheap jacks have 4 wires, red, green, yellow & black. Most modern houses have wires paired up (twisted pair) like blue & white with blue line or stripe. Line 1 is red/green or blue/white. Line 2 is yellow/black or orange/white(with orange line/stripe).

Here are the Pin outs for different mics that will work with your radio. If a wire is not listed then you cut it off. It's best to keep the wires as short as possible no longer than a half inch is suggested. Normally the Cobra pin out is standard for most radios.

Stock - 1- Shield (Ground) 2- Yellow (Audio) 3- Red (Transmit) 4- White (Receive)

Astatic - (4 wire) 1- Shield 2- White 3- Red 4- Black

Astatic - (6 wire) 1- Shield & Blue 2- White 3- Red 4- Black Yellow NC

Daiwa EM-500, Cobra, CA Series - 1- Shield & Black 2- Red 3- White 4- Blue

Galaxy DC-521S - (4 wire) 1- Shield 2- Yellow 3- Red 4- Black

Galaxy CB-660EI - 1- Shield & Black 2- White 3- Red 4- Blue

Sadelta - 1- Shield 2- White 3- Brown 4- Green

Turner - 1- Shield & Red 2- White 3- Blue 4- Black Yellow NC

I need the wiring for the mic

Hello,
Here is the wire diagram for several common mics in relation to a 4 pin CB. Most recent 4 pin CB's such as Midland, Cobra, Connex, Uniden, etc can use 4 pin mics. The wiring is actually depending on the mic rather than the CB so long as the CB's are 4 pin as well. Once you go back to late 80's the 4 pin design was a little different. Anything new it is simpler.
Stock Mic 1- Shield (Ground) 2- Yellow (Audio) 3- Red (Transmit) 4- White (Receive)
Astatic - 4 wire 1- Shield 2- White 3- Red 4- Black
static - 6 wire 1- Shield & Blue 2- White 3- Red 4- Black Yellow NC

Daiwa EM-500 Cobra CA Series 1- Shield & Black 2- Red 3- White 4- Blue
Galaxy DC-521S - 4 wire 1- Shield 2- Yellow 3- Red 4- Black
Galaxy CB-660EI 1- Shield & Black 2- White 3- Red 4- Blue
Sadelta 1- Shield 2- White 3- Brown 4- Green
Turner RK56 Road King 1- Shield & Red 2- White 3- Blue 4- Black Yellow NC
