Sorry you can't. If you lost the key, Dealer charges about $350. It takes two keys and has to be programmed. If it is electrical, have the codes read. It could be the key, the receiver, wiring, or the security module. The receiver doesn't have to be programmed.
Yes, facebook is preventing adding friends whom you do not know. Once you forcely do that you will be block adding friends for a couple of days as per their rules.
I suggest you send message to your friend to invite you to become you friend or neighbor in any games. In rare occassion, this might be allowed as he is not banned for adding friends. Regards

There is a limit of adding friends in a day, else wise you will go into the spammers list, and this can only be resolved by the facebook. It will take some time to let you add friends. Just make sure dont do any activity so that they do not unlock it. Because if you add unknown friends and they give the negative feedback regarding this then they block the account.

In the pop-up, select the Applications or Friends tab to un-hide a game or friend. 4. Click on the Add to News Feed button next to the game or selected friend. 5. Click on the Close button
Facebook has strict settings regarding the "mass add" emails people send out. If you add large numbers of friends (over 50 in a day) you will get this warning, and won't be able to add any more friends until tomorrow. If you haven't added that many friends today, this block should go away in a few hours, but you will have to enter a code word each time you add a friend. If you consistently get this block too many times, Facebook will actually suspend your account for a month or more. My suggestion is just to limit your friend requests to less than 50 each day (I would even try for less than 20 since you have been flagged already) and wait until tomorrow to add more friends. You can still accept as many as you want with no penalty.
