You will need to clean the heads of the VCR. This Is a very common problem for all VCRs. If you can pull the cover off,do so. Find a small piece of chamois, along with some alcohol used for cleaning fluid. Use only enough to moisten the chamois. Slowly rotate the VCR head as you wipe clean. Do not use cotton swabs in any case here. The cotton swabs will make things worse. You may purchase chamois sticks at your electronic store if you wish. The cure is simple and easy here. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support!
