Question about Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit Full Version OEM (Dell)
I upgrade but still slow
To speed up your pc then install a trial version of ccleaner from this link https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download and if u feel it is useful then simply buy it......
Also deleting temporary files is also good practice to keep your pc speedy and do one thing uninstall very old software's for speeding up.
To find temporary files Go to Run enter %temp% as it is and select all files and folders them simply delete them.....

The slowness might be caused by a configuration issue. Follow the steps in the tutorial below to correct problems with your Windows 7 configuration.

May be the processor is to slow for Windows 7 or not enough ram, could also be too many programs starting up when you switch on.
Goto the start menu and in the search box type msconfig and press enter.
When it starts click the Startup tab at the top.
It will list all the programs that start up when you switch on. If you know that some of them don't need to run at startup then untick them and click apply and ok then restart the computer.
