Problem for i-mate K-jam Smartphone
K-jam wont charge

My phone decides to charge the battery, only when it feels like. I have bought 2 new batteries to make sure that it was not a battery problem. Even with the new batteries, it only charges them when it feels like.
Please i need a solution to this.

Reformat it!
1. Keep pressing Comm manager and Voice Command button
2. While they are pressed, push in on the soft reset button (reset hole) once
3. Keep holding the Comm Manager and Voice Command buttons until there is a screen asking you if you want to clear all data.
4. To commit, press the green send key.
