Question about Electronics - Others
My aigo mp3, has message on display, FLASH ERROR PLEASE BACKUP.when i put it in usb hub my computer does not recognise it, so i really cant do anything, does anyone have aigo A215 with this problem
SOURCE: aigo A215
Only one possibility before getting to the heart of it - try changing the battery (AGAIN). I realize this sounds almost idiotic, but a couple of other users have reported that for some reason this has helped solve their overwhelming issue. Now for what I started to say:
I recognize that this is not going to be a popular answer, but it appears to be the "real" one. Based on the information at http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aigo-A215-1GB-MP3-player/dp/B000H2R5JK it appears that this is an extremely problem-riddled product. Not one reviewer had a positive thing to say about the player.
[There was one FAQ the one time I was successful in pulling up their web site (www.aigo.co.uk), indicating that if you had a problem getting it to come on and stay on, to make sure the holf button was not enabled. (See www.aigo.co.uk/help/faqview.php?faqID=4).]
Aigo's web site does not provide any information on these issues, ability to search for support topics, or display a link to the apparently required firmware upgrade. They do have a link to "Contact us" - however, I have spent the last hour plus atttempting to get it to load so that I could give you the proper link information. The link is apparently www.aigo.co.uk/help/faqview.php?faqID=25
So, if you can get them to give you the firmware upgrade, it may solve your issues. Otherwise, again unfortunately, it may be best to look at obtaining another player. Thanks for rating FixYa!
