Picked up Sony Vega kf60we10 which has blue dots and looks like a yellowish stain all hat causes this and solution?

Yes, I do. It needs a new light engine. Very costly repair. However, Sony has extended the warranty on many of these LED projector sets. You need to call a local Sony authorized service center and see if your model is covered. Otherwise this repair could run over a thousand bucks.
