Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Go to your menu and in the settings menu select security, if you havnt changrd your code then it should be the last 4 digits of your #,then scroll down toand select reset phone option it willask you if you want to reset to factory or default settings and will save contacs only, you will have to go back and reselect all your features, prefferences ad settigs from defalta fter you confirm reset .If you have alot of media , trasfer it to an sd card before you reset phone or it will be erased.

try the default codes like 12345 or 00000. if they didn't work our you can go with resetting your phone. You can reset your security code through master reset codes. You can get the master reset codes from Unlocking4U.com.
