Studio 12 I bought studio 12 last Thursday. It will not make a movie. I have tried to register the product and get tech support but the site keeps coming up and unavailable. Is their a patch or a contact number you can provide?

According to this the Serial Number is in the manual

Try disabling your firewall, temporarily, in the control panel area.
Also, make sure you are an admin on your pc.

I think you don't need to worry about registration.
I think, this router has free tech support for 90 days or may be 1 year.
Keep the receipt of purchase with you.
Registration is really not required.

If you need your serial number back make sure that you registered your product. Then if ever log in to pinnacle website and then from there you will get you serial keys. now if ever it is not registered then go ahead and call Pinnacle tech support or sent them email.

Hi

In pinnacle studio as the movie is being rendered, the cursor moves along with it, this way you can find out at what point in the rendering process, the program stopped.

when you get the Pinnacle 14 Export Error; Real Time at some frame, then you know that, that frame may be damaged, so cut a few frames before and after where the cursor stopped, and try again.

if the rendering process stops a few times during the compilation, keep cutting those pieces and try again.

Suggest for that is to delete that part which is the transition then after that put a new one save it then try making a disc again.
