Two short beeps indicate a parity failure. This is normally associated with memory issues. If the computer has two sticks of memory, power down the computer and pull one of the chips. Power back on and see if you get the same issue. If you do then power down and put the one you pulled in and remove the one you left, power back up. If you still get two beeps, try the memory in another computer, or purchase new memory and try again.
There is a possiblity that it is the memory slots that are bad and not the memory. If this is the case nothing will work except a new mother board.
