SOURCE: Repalcement Logitech Z5500 Control Center?

buy a new system, think hard about the fact that logitech is of no help, think about the environmental impact of throwing out a perfectly good set of speakers take all the speakers and parts out, put them back and return one of the sets. Plug in the old speakers into your computer and see if they work. Hint hint

SOURCE: logitech z5500 speakers no power

certainly sounds like a fuse problem. First check that the fuses you have used work in another appliance. You should not have to use a fuse from the logitech company but it will be rated for your speakers so would probably be best. If the fuse checks out (both plug and amp) then check the wall socket and the power cable.

Most likely its broken... if its less than 3 years old, call logitech, they'll send you a whole new system for free without you having to return the old one. Just make sure you have your receipt.

Logitech z5500 power problem

I replaced the fuse in the subwoofer. Solved the problem, without a hitch. Just take the current one out and bring it to an audio/hifi shop. Ask to buy a similar one.

PS. The fuse might look damaged, but then again, it might not. Have the audio/hifi guy test the current fuse, that way you know if that's the problem.
