Question about Samsung Intensity II U460 Verizon
Hello, This is a common issue with the samsung intensity II. I am a verizon agent and we see this alot. Usualy its because the battery has something internally wrong with it that causes the issue. Run by your local verizon store have them try another battery. That should fix it up, problem is the battery is only under warranty for 30 days from purchase where the phone is warranted for 1 year. There are situatons where the phones software is corrupt and thus causes this error as well.. Contact 1800-922-0204 and select tech support. (no is for verizon cust support) if warranty they will overnight you a repalcement phone.
