Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
We have a 2 HP DJ1120C series printers - neither of which are doing a capable job of printing the blue hue. Every darker color requiring blue in the mix tends to come out a shade of red/maroon. There is nothing wrong with the color cartridges; one was new and have also swapped between 2 others and can't believe all 3 would produce the exact same color issues.
I'm assuming it would either be an error with the printer driver or something else in the communications area going to the printers. Any help on solving this issue?

I had the same problem and went through TWO, count em, TWO HP cartridges before trudging off to Office Max and buying one of their knockoffs. Guess what? Yep, it worked. So, HP must've put out a bunch of bad 23 cartridges, from all the complaints I have seen online, either overfilled with red or only filled with red. What a pain at the price!
Wiping and cleaning didn't seem to work. I do believe these babies are filled wrong. I suppose if I whined enough at HP they would replace them, but I doubt it as their inclination would be to say I bought recycled (I didn't). Eh.

SOURCE: HP 6280 Printer.
Well you definitely have a pc problem and not one of the printer. the printer just prints what it is sent and as you can print the alignment page that takes care of the printer.
You have reinstalled the driver but did you remove the old one first? I bet not. You should download the hp printer removal tool. Run it and after a restart then you can install the driver. Personally i would turn off the auto update feature as hp updates really mess things up.
I reckon after the reinstall the printer will be fine.

> go to menu, apply set of default setting, then check..> go to menu, device setting, quality, calibrate color, calibrate now.. printer performs color calibrate, after completion, check the print quality. I hope it will resolve the issue.> if above said advises are not resolved the issue mechanical adjustments has to done which is not suggestible to the users.. only professionals can perform the activity.
