No a pull out sprayer problem is different.
First try this. Pull out the sprayer and remove from hose by turning nut that connects sprayer to hose. If you can get someone to help you it would be nice since the hose can go down into the faucet and might be trouble to retrieve. Look in the connection on the sprayer where the hose connects and look at the screen. If the screen is plugged or dirty clean and reinsert. If you can't clean it replace it. If this isn't working go to the next suggestion below.
In the spray head of the faucet there is a build up of deposits from use and or water hardness. Here is the link to the Delta site.
If you find you faucet model order a new spray head. Once these go bad they usually need replacing.
Hope this helps and please rate this!

There is a flow restrictor in the faucet. You have a very common complaint for these faucets. The restrictor will be shown in the owners manual. Remove the restictor. If you don't have the owner manual, work cautiously and take notes/pictures.

i looked at it and there might be a press in cap with a screw underneath where the grohe label is. there also may be a set screw around the shoulder of the handle where an allen hex wrench fits to losen its clamp on the stem. also.......some handles just snap on and just pull off with some tugging and wiggling them just right.

If you could take a closeup picture of the valve and faucet, I can guide you step by step. Just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Without seeing what you are looking at and working on, it would be hard because there are so many different styles and brands and each are unique.

most likely ther is a cover on the handle.if the line is attached to the wall, the cover plate on the shower wall just unscrews. there is no allen key.
