To bleed the system all you need to do is remove the cap from the radiator or overflow tank and allow the engine to tick over for 10 to 15 minutes. Ensure the heater dial is set to max and fully turned on when doing this. This will expel any air that is trapped in the cooling system. Top up the coolant as the air is expelled.

Bleeding the clutch


2 people job. one presses down on the clutch pedal while the other opens the bleed screw. then closes of the bleed screw before the pedal operator lets the pedal up . The process is repeated until all the air is out . Watch the fluid level in the reservoir.

air in the system .put your heating on full .to bleed the heater.remove the expansion bottle cap .run the engine push in the hose from your radiator with your fingers to get the air out your bottle and replace your cap.

Hi,I have a Ford 2004 Bantam 1.6i XLE. The airbag light keeps flashing,after a while it stays on constantly...possible faults or solutions?


You must have the fault code read that is recorded when the light flashes. Have the system canned by the dealer.

Overheating on ford bantam


there are three probable causes that may result to overheating one inadequate circulation of coolant within the cooling system. The radiator is clogged with dirt some stems are closed.try to flush the radiator using rad flushing fluid. Second improper bleeding of trap air within the cooling system. Third the water pump blades are worn out inadequate circulation of coolant.
