SOURCE: does aoc e2043fs led have
clark462853, All the ad's I looked at don't mention any stereo input to the monitor!!! Could be that these "FIRST OFF THE LINE" models are ment only for use as display monitors. Me, I will wait a year or two so that the manufacturers using the NEW LED BACKLIGHTING TECHNOLOGY, can prove that led's are superior to the old technology cold cathode fluorescent lamp backlighting. Yes, led's will lose some "light-output" over time. Will the display manufacturers publish any "LONG-TERM-LED-LIFE-TEST-DATA"??????? Your guess is as good as mine!!! And that's not to mention anything about "ACCELLERATED LIFE TEST RESULTS" where you connect 20 or more units in a 130 degree F room and see how many LED back-lit units fail after 6 months to a year. No, I think I'll wait and let you guy's do the "IN-HOME" or "IN-OFFICE" testing and evaluation for me!! Good luck!!!

SOURCE: Is my AOC 9170 monitor
I am not sure about the speakers. The best way to tell if it has speakers is if you can physically see them. They are usually located at the bottom of the monitor and they look like little screens on either side of it. If it doesn't have HDMI or a line in jack (speaker plug) that you can see then it won't have built in speakers for sure.
If the monitor has the right connections to plug into your HP computer, which it should. Then it will work with your computer. Your computer has both VGA and DVI monitor connections on it so either of these should work as long as your monitor has the connections (which it should have at least one).
