My laptop wont turn back on. when i hit the power button the lighting bolt icon in the bottom corner with flash but it wont turn on. How can i get it to turn back on??

1. From your home screen press the Apps icon in the lower right corner.
2. Find and press the Settings icon.
3. Scroll down to the users and backup section and press the Backup and reset icon.
4. At the bottom of the next screen press where it says Factory data reset.
5. Hit the Reset device to complete the process.

Second way of resetting your Galaxy S5.

1. Press and hold the power button to turn the device of.
2. If your device does not respond, remove the battery and put it back after a few seconds. ( Don't turn it back on )
3. With your device of press and hold the volume up and the home button, then without releasing the two other buttons press and hold the power button as well.
4. Hold them depressed until your phone boots with the words Recovery mode in the upper left corner .
5. To navigate the recovery mode screen use the volume up and down to go up and down. Use the power button to select an option.
6. Press the volume down button three times until the Wipe data/factory reset option is selected.
7. Press the power button to select this option.

Hi there. Your problem seems to be the battery. Usually when the battery is at the end of its life the indicator stays at 0%. If you are still unsure you can go to download.com and get free battery testing software. Good luck...

you may wanna try this:

To turn your wireless back on: Click on the internet icon at the bottom right corner of your taskbar. Open "Network and Sharing Center". Click "Manage Network Connections" on top right of the Network and Sharing Center Right-click on your wireless network and then click "Diagnose" If your wireless is off, it should give you the option to turn it back on. This is different than the other "diagnose" functions where it simply tells you to turn it back on because this one actually turns your wireless back on for you. You should then see the orange flashing light on your keyboard and your wireless should be back up and running again.

or

- remove the battery and charger (everything connected to the pc) then press the power button for 1 minute..
- plug back in the charger
- after few secs try to turn it on and boot it normally

Try holding down the power button until all lights go off.
Then try power back up tapping F8 this deletes hibernation file

When you turn the camera on and you are on the main screen, use the last touch screen button at the bottom marked with a lighting bold. If you hit it it once, the flash is automatic, if you hit it twice it is always on.

The three flashing lights indicate the battery is dead. Since it still wont power up with the cable plugged in I'd say the port has gone. Try wiggling the adapter about in the port to see if it begins to charge. If not then you would need to take it to a laptop repair centre to get a new dc port soldered on or buy a docking station.

hey folks, i had the same issue, i was sooo annoyed. I looked in the dinky manual and found nothing. Turn your camera on with the lens cover closed. Hit Home, select the briefcase bottom right hand corner. select MAIN settings and hit OK. Select initialize, this will restore the camera to factory default values. Bringing back the flash. Don't ask me why it disappears after awhile. I thought i was going mental and m friends all thought i was an idiot. hope this helps.

tv wont turn on when i hit power it makes the clicking noise like it is going to turn on, but never does and the red timer light next to the power button just flashes.

It seems the two oval lights on the front of the Acer TravelMate 3003LCi are not only lights to indicate WiFi traffic, but also buttons to turn the WiFi radio on and off for security reasons. If you press and hold the left side button for 3-5 seconds it should turn back on the WiFi radio. Windows XP (and maybe other OS’s) have a power saving function that turns the radio off when not in use to save the battery, so you have to use the buttons to turn the radio back on. Seems like a pain in the @$$ to me, but it’s a clients laptop not mine so he will have to live with that.

I hope this helps someone so they do not have to go through the frustration of trying to figure out why the radio has been turned off.
