1/2 Grey Screen when switched to DVD and VHS

Panasonic plasma when I switch to DVD or VHS player 1/2 the screen goes grey - in the other half you can see the video playing and there's sound. What to do?

    I have a Panasonic plasma and when I try to play a DVD or VHS 1/2 the screen goes grey. On the other half you can see and hear the DVD playing. How do I fix this?

First of all,i don't know if you have a combo dvd/VCR player or two separate units.Secondly,please tell me how you connect your dvd/VCR combo OR DVD player and VCR player to your TV.

Grey border down sides of picture while on AV1


Assuming it's not your device causing the grey lines, just change your aspect ratio settings. Each input has a different set of settings that you can change, so don't worry about messing up the settings on your HMDI 1 input for example if you change your AV1.

My tv will only display color screens when on


tried with re seat the LVDS cable at the t-com board, it was attached covered with metal shield which transfer signal to the panel display.

Screen goes black after 1-2 hours


You need to have your television tuner tested for faulty components. Your problem is caused by the components in you tuner overheating and losing functionality. The tuner need to be thoroughly test and repaired. You can reach Panasonic customer support at this telephone number. 1-888-843-9788. Video is all blue


Make sure you have the power button turned off on all of your DVD, VHS etc. players. I bet that blue screen goes away! Let me know and...

Toshiba 50hp66 picture waves


Please describe the 'waves' and what you are watching when it happens, is it on everything? e.g. normal TV and when watching a DVD? Are the Waves a grey close pattern going diagonally across the screen for some other sort of pattern?

Switching to video component 1 input


The Video input is turn off in setup menu.
