1. your DVD blank may be rejected due to the program compatibility. 2. the DVD that is being copied was burn at a certain speed and this may have an affect on the copy of the original. 3. the blank DVD should have the same capacity as the original or better that is if the DVD blank has the capacity of 4.5 GB and the original is 8.5 GB then the copy has reached it's capacity and will be ejected by the DVD burner. I hope this helps. Have a great day.
Was the green paper the type kids use in school. When my kids were little we called it contruction paper. If this is the case, your printer is smart enough to know that this paper is thicker than normal. It's responding as it should. Next time you want to print on this type of paper - select this in your printer's software control panel.
see the cartridge do is good installed. Remove the cartridge and putt it again. If the problem do not go away please try with other cartridge. Or if the printer is ink-jet printer and you have not used it for some time than the ink can be stuck
Hi, ok lets chat about this, you have no error codes? Is this prtinter your default printer? Look in your control panel and click printer faxes, make sure this is your default printer and its reconized. If there are 2 of the same erase the one that is a older copy. Write me back and lets see if this works. Good luck Roger
try makling a copy from the glass if that is good then your problem lies with your net work try reboothing the colorpass, also have someone else print if you still have blank prints your color pass hard drive needs to be detach blow out then reattach
Are you making sure you are putting the origanls face up??? Also, are you getting any error codes at all? Will it do it only in the morning? Dose it happen with the copyboard glass at all? How about is it net worked? Or a Fax? Your hard drive may be crashing or is just about two. Dose it also pull one or more pages through..... Need more info..
On the new cartridge, did you remember to remove the plastic seal from the toner? Do you get blank sheets only when you print or when you make copies too? Were you careful when clearing the paper jam or could you have accidentally damaged the printer?
Make sure that the black plastic arm just to the right of the gray drum release handle is in the proper position. This arm sometimes gets knocked out of position when engaging the tube of new toner. When the copier is clammed closed, this will sometimes come down on the right side of the post on the bottom front cover. This will move the developer far enough away from the drum to make blank copies. Hope this helps.
