Question about Orion STV2763 27" TV
The remote that came with our tv isn't working. We did the following: changed batteries (yes their good), purchased a universal remote. The tv will turn on and work with the buttons on the front but won't go higher than channel 13. Neither remote can work the tv. We need to get to channel 60 for our DISH programs. Any suggestions???? Thanks
Well as far as not being able to go past channel 13 that could just mean changing a setting on your tv. Just go to the menu and then to channel setup and there should be a spot where you can change your channel mode. Changing the mode to 'cable' should allow you to access higher number channels.

Well, sometimes the universal remote does not give you the whole functions, so it is better to work with the original one. you could fix it thought. here is how. most of the time, it just need cleaning. so get some denatured alcohol and clean the pc. do not apply any alcohol to the rubber button, that will ruin them. put it back together and give it a try again..good luck
