Won't power-up or boot after turn off. has to cool 8hrs. to work again.now it turns off a lot more

Take a can of air and blow off the fans. One inside the little metal box called a power supply inside the main case.
Also the cpu has a fan and heat sink on it that gets dust built inside and needs cleaning.
Warning, always unplug the power cord. Make sure you are touching something metal in the case while touching the inside of the PC. It can protect it from static shock.

Also never shake an air can. And don't spray while it's upside down. The liquid can seriously burn you.

Broan Bathroom Fan Care and Cleaning

One of the most common bathroom fans is the Broan brand ventilation fan. These fans come in many configurations and variations. Because of the environment that these fans are in and the placement of these fans they will get very dirty over a period of time and will need to be cleaned from time to time. Cleaning bathroom fans can be fairly easy if you have a few tips about how to do it.

To clean the fan the inside of the fan must be accessed first. To get to the inside of the fan the cover must be removed. Most of the covers simply will pull downward and away from the ceiling. There are a couple of springs, one on each side the snap the cover up and hold it in place. On some models there can be a screw that holds the cover. It will be visible right in the center of the cover. If no screw is visible then you can assume that it is a spring type cover. If there is a light in the cover you can remove the plug and the light will come right with the cover.

After pulling the cover down simply squeeze the springs together slightly and the cover will come completely out and you can take it to your sink to wash it. Then take a vacuum or a damp rag and clean the inside of the fan compartment. If you look closely you will see that the fan assembly has a plug that can be pulled and the fan assembly can be removed by either removing a couple of screws or by placing a screw driver between the fan assembly and the side of the box and snapping out the fan assembly.

Once you have the fan assembly out you can then use compressed air, like you use on your computer keyboard, or a damp cloth to clean the fan assembly. The compressed air works the best on the blower wheel and in some cases a small screw driver may be needed to remove caked on dust inside the fins of the fan.

With you vacuum, you can now clean out the rest of the box and even into the vent hose a little bit. Be careful not to destroy the flapper, as that is what stops cold air from being pulled back into your home while the fan is off. Wipe down the box to complete the cleaning.

The fan can now be reassembled by reversing everything and placing it all back as it was before you removed it. Be sure to remember to plug the fan motor back into the socket. The light may also need to be plugged in if you have a light in the cover.

You will now have a nice clean fan again.

If you want to replace the fan because it is broken worn out or noisy you can often buy replacement bathroom fan parts or even a new fan that will fit in the same box. Upgrades are available to fit existing boxes also. To find bathroom fan upgrades and replacements go to www.broan.com

At www.broan.com you can also order broan replacement parts, download broan manuals, and get installation tips for your broan fan.

How do I clean my clean living tower fan?

Usually there would be a few screws in the base that need to be taken out and the outer case pulls out. This will expose the fan and filters inside. Hopefully that will allow you to clean the inside. Would not spray any cleaning agents. Just a light vacuum and wipe with clean moist cloth.

Cpu fan speed

1. Check if something like power supply wire have bangin in there.
2. Clean : Try to use lighter fluid to loosen and clean the dirt inside the processor fan but first disassemble the fan from the heat zinc of the processor. flip the fan and you will see the bearing and motor, drown it with fluid, and rotate the fan so the dirt will loose, after some spins, try to spill the fluid inside the fan. then assemble and test.

How to open a tecra A8 EZ8512 laptop to clean the fan?

Most laptops have little remove-able lids underneath. Locate the one where the fan is under, remove that lid and clean the fan carefully, making sure no cleaning liquid gets inside. Reassemble and you're all set!

Hello,

What this simply mean is that there has been a problem from the fan either from the wire connection or from the Cole of the fan connected to the fan motor.

There are two ways of over coming this type of problem below are the recommendation to solve the problem

First of all set the oven on self cleaning from the below instruction or make use of your owner manual to operate the elf cleaning
Please after the self cleaning you most allow the oven to cool down to it best before opening

Some ovens are self cleaning During the cleaning process, the oven heats up to a temperature of 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The extreme heat cooks off food and spills inside the oven, leaving ash that can easily be wiped out. The oven door locks while it is cleaning to prevent the door from being opened. Self cleaning ovens are better insulated than regular ovens to keep the extreme heat inside.

 1. Read the owner's manual that came with your oven before you perform self cleaning. Although all self cleaning ovens work basically the same way, there may be slight variations for some manufacturers and models.
 2. Take out the oven racks. You need to clean the oven racks by hand, and then put them back in when the oven is done cleaning.
 3. Wipe up any spills and messes inside the oven first, using warm water and a mild soap. Ovens smoke more during cleaning when there is food inside. Wash the inside of the oven door as well. Do not scrub the door gaskets, just gently wipe them off. Damaging the gaskets prevents the oven from sealing.
 4. Lock your oven door manually if your model does not lock it automatically when you clean.
 5. Open a window near the oven for ventilation. There is a certain amount of smoke when you clean the oven. The dirtier the oven is, the more smoke is created.
 6. Turn the control on your oven to "clean" and set the timer for 2 to 5 hours depending on how dirty your oven is, and what the manufacturer recommends.
 7. Wait for the cleaning to finish and the oven to cool before opening door. When oven is fully cooled wipe up any ash inside. If your oven is not completely clean, next time set the timer for longer. If your oven is spotless you might want to see if you can get away with a shorter cleaning time.

SOLUTION 2 IF THE ABOVE RECOMMENDATION DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Then you will have to replace the hole of the fan from the oven i.e the fan is need to be service

Hope this help?

Thank you and thank for using fixya.
