It may be a stupid suggestion but have you checked the strainer in the reservoir? It Could be blocked. And if you haven't removed the brew head sieve recently? It could be gunked up.
For cleaning it's best t use citric acid packets sold in stores as it hurts the metals inside the tank the least, but in a pinch you can use vinegar, although it's much more corrosive and could hurt the machine.
When using a cleaner remove the brew head sieve, as a lot of junk will collect and can block the sieve, with resulting no flow for brewing.
You should add more coffee so the resistance of the running water thought it to more. The running of the coffee should be arount 20 -25 sec for 30 cc of coffee. Coffee dose of about 7-8 gr for a sinlge espresso
Try this remove the portafilter and press the brew button, if water comes out of head, machine is fine but the grind or the tamping(packing pressue) used on the coffee is not right. If you are grinding the coffee just before using it, try a coarser setting. If you pre grind at the store then try tamping the coffee lighter.
descaling gonna improved the pressure = stronger coffee and clean the inner boiler =warmer coffee but use descaler only not vinegar descaler melt calcium vinegar remove some calcium in littlt piece 1 part descaler 1 part water fill the water container open valve for a few second close it leave it for 15 minute and repeat untill empty after rince very good that stuff is corosif
