I do not receive any audio on channel 184. I have a signal but the audio is not playing on my car radio. I installed a direct adapter to the radio antenna & still no audio. I can hear the the Sirius radio transmitting the signal to the car radio when the sirius is turned on & tuned to the same channel as the car radio which indicated that the sirius radio is transmitting the signal to the car radio but still no audio. I have another sirius radio & it works & transmits the audio without any problem. Any suggestions. JVY

If you bought it within a year, it should be under OEM warranty. If it has been longer than a year, but shorter than two years, and you bought it with Visa, MC, or American Express, you probably qualify for extended warranty protection from your credit card company.

I have a similar issue.
Assuming by '.010' you were referring to the thickness/gauge, what was the length of the wire that broke off and how did you affix the repair piece to the antenna socket?

I have an XACT XTR8 Replay, and I believe its basically the same model as the old Sportster. I have a lifetime sub since 11/04 and it has worked untill 11/08 which when I called they had an account error. They tried to delete and recreate my account, but it will still not receive any new activation signals now for a week. I've called every day. I too have the same problem, 184 shows up fine but I get no audio. They're trying to tell me my radio is broke, coincidentally when they screw up my account??? I call bull$h!t. I plan on calling XACT then trying to call the Sirius corporate office.
