Question about Computers & Internet
Can it run on a Mac
Dear Kari Glasser,
Firstly, there may not even be a need for this CD, if you are trying to install a device on a computer, just go to the website of the company who makes the device, in your case a webcam. Enter the model number in their support section, and select what operating system (version of windows -- xp, vista, 7 ... etc) then press the download button. once downloaded, virus scan the file, then run it, then you should have solved it.
As far as the disc goes, either the disc isnt compatible, so read the manual or look for a logo on the disc, if the picture is a flag, then its windows, if its an apple, then its mac, if it says linux ... then its linux.
You could put the disc in another computer and see if it runs, f it does, then your laser head in your drive either needs cleaning, or the unit needs overhaul.
I hope this is the fixya for you and look forward to hearing how you get on.
