SOURCE: I need to find replacement

Call Kohler Plumbing customer service: 1.800.456.4537, choose option 2 for service parts.

Tell them you need a "Feet Replacement Kit" for whatever model name/number and color your basement rack is. Prices run about $1 per piece plus shipping.

How do i fix my leaky faucet?

You will need to shut-off the water valves underneath the sink and remove the faucet handle(s). Once you do this, you will see the rubber "seats" which need to be replaced. Just pop them out and replace them with new seats and replace the handle(s). Turn on the valves underneath the sink and your faucet should be all set!

When installing a strainer does the rubber washer and cardboard gasket go underneath the sink with plumbers putty on the top?

Yes. The cardboard washer is the last thing before the nut and the rubber goes next to the sink bottom. The cardboard washer is to keep the nut from grabbing the rubber washer so it stays flat.
Also over time the rubber will stick to the nut and if you ever need to take it apart it keeps that from happening.

Where do you find replacement rubber feet for sink baskets.

I contacted the manufacturer. They had the feet at $4.70 per package of four feet. I ordered two packages. I received what they sent today. The shipment included ONE package of feet, A BILL for $4.70, TAX of $.61 and Postage and Handling at $3.99 for a total of $9.30 for four feet. When I checked online the see if there were any other sources, I entered the item number, 84544-0. and found PLUMBERSURPLUS.COM. They had the same feet at $3.22 per package of four; NO tax and FREE shipping. I ordered two packages for a total cost of $6.44.

So my Solution is to bypass Kohler,, which is a bit on the greedy side, and buy these feet directly from PLUMBER SURPLUS or whatever online site offers the best deal. I would continue to use Kohler to get part numbers as needed but, unless you're into philanthropy for large corporations, do not buy from Kohler. Best of luck.
