I have a psp e1000 with a sandisk pro duo 4GB I bougth Piratews of the caribbean dead man's chest before the game starts its says"game requires 256KB of space to save. This memory stick only has -299840KB...

The memory-stick is too large to be recognized by the software inside the PSP. Find a 2GB or 1GB memory-stick.

The binary value '0111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111'
is +(2**31)-1. Add '1' to it, and the binary value '1000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000'
is either +(2**31) or (-1)*zero, depending on whether the 32-bits are interpreted as either "unsigned-32-bit" integer or a "signed-31-bit" integer.

So, the PSP software cannot handle an integer value that does not fit into a 32-bit word.

I put the chip in the SanDisk to down load my music from ITunes and nothing happens i want to add my music to my smart phone please help

look at page "3/9" of this document "http://www.pqi.com.tw/upload/download/SD%20%284%29.pdf" and it will show on

the lower right hand side of the picture a slot that says "write protect", move that tab towards the pins to unlock the card.

BTW this is a good technical document for SD cards in general if you are interested in how they function.

Stick shows ready boost cache file over 1.4 MB file which will not delete as not required.

Windows Vista supports "ReadyBoost" -- namely taking some of the space on the USB memory-stick to add RAM to your computer, to make your computer perform better.

Connect the SanDisk to a Windows XP system, and you'll be able to delete that file.

Using my 2GB memory stick for pictures and something is taking up about 1.5 gb of space that i ant find and delete barely any picture space left. Help?

Copy your picture off and use the camera or your pc to reformat the card. That will restore full space to the card.
Fastest easiest way to do it.

I'm assuming you were able to see all of the space previously. If not then it could be the wrong format type or incompatable size or type of card.

Using a Mac to transfer photos to a SD 2GB memory card. Halfway through, says it's full, even though it says there's space available!

The memory stick must have bad sectors in them. They are like a hard drive, they go by sectors, if one goes bad, it will shrink the size.

Info on memory stick wont come up on another computer

If you have Nero software on your pc, that can cause a conflict and your Sandisk may stop working correctly. What i did was to send back my pen drive because Sandisk admitted they have issues with Nero. I hope they are as accommodating with you also

Added 2gb micro card

The player can read the card, but it is not going to add more memory space to the player. The function of the card reader is to enable your player to play songs that you otherwise couldn't play because the hard drive is full.
