Find solutions to your put stanley sharpshooter staple gun back together question. ... staples for the TRE500 Stanley Sharpshooter Electric Heavy Duty Stapler.
I had the exact same problem after doing a complete rebuild. If you are using the Stanley bostitch rebuild kit, check to see if you accidently swapped o-rings 6 and 63. They look the same but o-ring #6 is 1.925x.103 and o-ring #63 is 1.862x.103. Use plenty of lubricant. Hope this helps.
The new Stanley guns are a pain in the ***! I you don't oil them twice a day the rings get sticky, also if you don't use the regulator on the compressor for different nails it will over fire.If your pin isn't sticking then you need to return/contact Stanley cause their product along with the brad guns seem to be having problems!
It depends, what is the model number for this tool. They make rebuild kits that are not hard to install. If it is a trigger leak then yes that is easy. Let me know and I will try and help
