This usually the battery has failed or worn out and cannot supply power to the inverter to maintain mains power.
The charging circuit may have failed and cannot charge the battery.
My guess is the battery has failed and a new battery is needed.

Is there any battery backup system or rescue device for treadmill during power failure ?

I dont believe you would have any luck finding a back up power supply for a treadmill during a power failure,

except for a generator, but there loud, heavy and expensive, however if you experience power failures often there not a bad investment.

APC BACK-UPS ES 500VA fails to provide back up during power failure

Get APC Powerchute Personal Edition for free and run it. If it says your battery isnt charged, check its voltage disconnected. Charge it with a car battery charger and see if its still a good battery. If not , replace it. If the battery is good, then check the charging voltage. Should be about 14 volts. if not, check the small transformer on the main board. Should be 120 in and 17 to 18 out. 4 diodes in a bridge for charge. The input to the transf has small fuse into it alone.

My inverter (500 va) (battery based electric generator for power backup) keeps on charging batteries even when the charging light goes off making the inverter, wires and battery very hot.

This a possible failure of the voltage detection circuit in the inverter main board and requires the fault be identified by checking the voltage/current feed/limiter to the battery.
Once when the battery voltage has reached the threshold set up the charging should stop and then the circuit will analyse the voltage on the board to trigger the charging to be put ON.
This can be a failure of the detection circuit and if not checked can damage the battery.

No picture or sound,TV made a clicking sound then went blank

hello, this usually indicates a failure, at the power supply board. to confirm this, you have to check the stability of the out put voltage. during the failure occurs. in a rare case the main board is the cause to confirm this, need to check the returen voltage from the main board to the power supply

Power went off when power was restored my dishwasher was peeping and would not go on. I closed circuit breaker for one minute restored it dishwasher still not working. peeping

This happens and it is our bad luck!

During sudden power failures and restoration, some times the electronics go faulty. You have to check the main electronic control board.

My hp clj 2600n printer wont stop reading initialzimg on control panel machine not spinning

This is the Power On Sequence

Power-on sequence
The power-on sequence is for the purpose of the printer initialization and checking for possible malfunctions.

The following is the sequence from when the printer is turned on until it enters STBY mode.

  1. Power on
  2. Central processing unit (CPU) initialization
  3. ASIC initialization
  4. Video interface communication start
  5. Residual paper check by each sensor signalling paper presence
  6. Initial drive for main motor, pickup motor, and fuser/delivery motor
  7. Fuser heater initial drive by controlling fuser temperature targeting for 100°?C
  8. Initial drive for scanner motor
  9. Failure/Abnormality check
    • Detect scanner failure
    • Fuser failure
    • Door open during the above periods
  10. Communication with memory tag
  11. Cartridge presence detection
Main motor failure detection
The CPU determines the main motor failure, stops the printer, and notifies the formatter of error
status, when it encounters the following conditions.

  1. Main motor start-up abnormality.
The interval of the MAIN MOTOR SPEED DETECTION signal (/MAINMFG) does not become the specified interval after 1000 ms of the main motor drive start.
  1. Main motor rotation abnormality. The interval of the /MAINMFG signal stays at an irregular interval for 100 ms and longer after once it has become the specified interval.
Fan motor failure detection
The CPU determines the fan motor failure and notifies the formatter when it encounters the following
condition.

The FAN LOCK signal (FANLCK) is “H” for approximately 10 seconds and longer during fan motor
rotation.

Your description makes it sound as though the printer has a main CPU failure as all other faults should display an error or error code. In the light of this it seems that the printer will need to be looked at by a service engineer asap.
