the radio must be turned off with the ignition key in the on position... then hold the function key for about 3 seconds if it doesnt have the function key try the audio or source button one of them will bring you to a menu, once in that menu use the func key to scroll though options until you see the clock flashing.. use the up down left right keys to adjust these different options...

For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps:

Hold down the volume knob until clock displays flashing. Use up and down arrows to change, right and left to switch from hours to minutes. Click volume knob again to go back to tuner or cd. Your welcome people...
