Question about TalkSwitch TS-480i
We've noticed that our new talkswitch phone rings 6 to 7 times before going to voice mail. As a result, our customers are hanging up assuming that no one is in the office. Can we change this through the phone itself? Or is this a more complicated problem?
Log into your Management software.
Go to each phone line.
At the very bottom of the call handling section you should see routing options. Change these setting to the desired number of rings.
