It is probably talking about mailbox 300. What is your pilot number that you call to call into your voicemail system?

To find ext 300 just call it through the intercom or just look at the LCD screen . After you find ext 300 just press your voice mail button ,next when you here the mail box promp press 77 the system will say this is the system admin and then tell you to press 1 for routing box number dial 801 or 001 . Depending on what soft ware you have on the system . then just follow what they say to re-record the greeting . If you have a night greeting that is different from the then try 802 or 002 . If you have trouble you can email me and i call you on the phone. I'm in southern calif. in the city of san gabriel maybe i can come to you and help if you are local to . efrenj68@sbcglobal.net

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hello, I need to change our Company greeting. I can only figure out how to change the the greeting at the extensions.

If you have a Panasonic brand voice mail system, the company greetings are administered from mailbox 998. The problem is, you need a guide or just have to start looking for where the greetings are stored. A basic TVS-95 has 32 company greeting and 100 custom message slots. We keep ours in Custom service 30, 60, and 40 for Day, Night and Holiday with sub menus going in the digit dialed (ie Day option 3 message is 33), but not everybody does that. A lazy man might just start at 1.

You can find the administrators manual for your particular voice processing system online if you don't have one.

AVAYA PARTNER ACS PHONE SYSTEM

Yes it can. Depending on the type of voice mail attached to your system you can both have the lines answered with a seperate main greeting (partner messaging can do this) or answered by a seperate mailbox (all partner voice mails).

Need to change main greeting and wipe out an old unknown password

Start here for the Auto Attendant greeting. http://dstech1.com/changing-the-greeting-on-voicemail/

Once you figure out what voicemail this is, you will need to go into Voicemail Admin Programming to re-initialize the password for an extension.
