It's not a very good solution, but you can open the monitor and disconnect the button-panels plug on the mainboard. Afterwards the buttons don't work any more (surprise) but the control panel disappears.

That once happened to my LCD screen. I had to send it to the supplier for a fix. If it's still under warrenty, try sending it back for a replacement.

Bad control chip, mine has the same problem. If under warranty - send it in. I just tossed mine and bought a different LCD.

Main menu on the lower right hand side keeps popping up

Sounds like your menu button on the monitor is stuck in the pushed in position. See if that is the problem and use a needle, q-tip with alcohol to pop it back out.

Monitor problem

You may have failing capacitors in the power supply, you need to open it up and look for bad caps with bulging top or seal. See example of failed caps: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you find. You can also have components failure in the inverter circuits, etc.

I keep resetting my pc because my monitor just keeps blinking showing nothing on the screen. I need help

Your monitor MAY have a built in sleep timer. You can usually find it in the Monitor's Menu, under the category " MANAGEMENT " Disable the sleep timer and you shouldn't be having that problem anymore.
