Question about Zyxel P660HW-D1 Router
Modem used to start red then settle in green now it stays red permanently. does it matter is it a problem ?

If you have called your service provider and they have confirmed that the connection is good then there may be a problem with:
A- The router itself
B-The physical connection from the ISP's last access point to your router.
Your best bet would be to (if you haven't already) reset the router and wait AT LEAST 10-15 seconds before plugging it back in.
Another solution would be to go to the router configuration page and check the router logs to see when the problem first occurred, and what could be causing it.
