Question about Crosman (4032)

Crosman 1377 air pistol

Yesterday I recieved my brand new 1377c air pistol, . I read the manual and pulled the bolt all the way back til i heard the click and pumped it and took it off off the safety and pulled the trigger but i got nada. It didn't shoot
does anybody have this problem with their crosman 1377c?

    I have a new Crosman 1377 and when I pumped it up (6 pumps) the pellet remained in the breach.I am using the Beeman .177 hollow point.

    I get the impression that pressure is not built up so little is applied to the pellet.

    As I pump no resistance is apparent

The seal must be broken. send it back to whom you bought it from and get an exchange
