Check all cables and connections. Start unplugging power cable for ten minutes and see if this clears the error message.
With the blue screen do you see any kind of error message or any blink code?
if so we can solve the error very easily
More than likely its a vertical scan failure, you would have to check for that
YPb'Pr' is analog component video. This is what all "component video"
connections carry. Many devices have this labeled as YPbPr, which isn't
technically correct, since it is a difference signal (which is what the
prime marks apostrophes mean)

How do I do that?
Shoud I do the following:
Position Reset
1. Press / to select "Position Reset" in "Screen" menu.
2. Press OK to activate the position reset, the value of horizontal position and vertical position
return to the default.
3. Press TV MENU to exit
