Thats the flyback(high voltage transformer) Or the Focus/High Voltage distribution block. In ant case your shouldnt touch eather as there is enough Hi voltage there to kill you. Please seek out a pro to assist you in this repir. A tv set is not a place to experiment with. Good Luck
