Question about Nyko Charge Station 360 For Xbox 360

Nyko charger won't charge

The dual charge base for our x-box doesn't seem to be charging the battery paks. The lights keep flashing when the controllers are docked for charging and when it is empty. The chargers and paks never get much of a charge at all. They have been left on overnight and still no charge. Do you have any suggestions?

Had same problem with blinking lights and not charging.
Plug charger base in (blinking lights), remove controllers, and plug USB cable into front charge slot (behind hinged panel). This reset charger base and lights stopped blinking. As FYI - the USB was connected to other device (charging it). Add the controllers and correct charging lights show up - including the controller 1 and 2 symbols. Controllers now charging.

First of all, thank you for the tip.

Second, to better explain your tip to less skilled users, please note that you will need to use the USB from charging connector, hidden, at the front of Nyko dual charger, behind the hinge, but with some type of USB device that you have (to be a dummy "load"), so it not just a USB cable, otherwise it will not reset the Nyko main circuit board.

I am still investigating what causes this buggy situation to happen.

Mine still blinks. I used my phone as the "other device" and it charges my phone on and off rapidly. Is there anything else you know of to try?

Try removing the console controllers from charger. Then unplug the charger from outlet. plug the USB cable and the dummy load, then plug the charger back to outlet.

SOURCE: Blue light on, battery won't charge, unit new 12/14/09

rechargeable batteries are definitely a better bet. I have used many Wii battery packs and chargers, none seem to last very long.

MY CORDLESS PHONE BATTERY KEEPS DYING

You could try leaving it on charge a bit longer but if it keeps happening it either means dock doesn't charge the battery any longer (check for the charging symbol on the phone when in dock), or the battery in the phone has had its days.

Lenovo Ideapad Z570: Battery indicator shows the Power is plugged in & charging. But the Battery charge percentage doesn't increase. How to fix this?

The battery might be nearing the end of it's useful life and needs to be replaced. The battery only lasts for so long then it has to be replaced.

Buy a battery on ebay base on your computer's Make and model, not the model of the battery.

I haven't played my wii in a while and have just plugged it all in and my controllers are not working. They don't seem to be charging in the docking station, their individual docks are not lighting up...

Yes they should light up blue when they are charging.
Double check and make sure your docking station is still plugged in and turned on.

Most Docking stations are third party accessories, meaning, they were not manufactured by Nintendo. Some of them do not work very well.

If all else fails, remove the rechargeable battery pack from the Wii Remote and put regular AA batteries inside of it. The Wii Remote should work just fine.

Personally, I prefer to use rechargeable AA batteries rather than charging packs or docking stations. The charge packs/docking stations just never seem to work as well as they're supposed to. The rechargeable AA's work great and they're much more versatile since they're not limited to use in the Wii.

My Garmin 400c dual beam transducer keeps freezing up, it will flash "0" depth and then go to a "updating software" screen.

check your battery voltage. Low voltage can cause errors end prevent the sonar from starting up. If charging the battery doesn't work then contact garmin for a replacement.

Charging dock wont charge remote any longer

Hello Sir, hi, we need to know where the trouble is, we have 2 to test, the charging dock and the remote control. to test the charging dock you may need to measure the voltage output of around 5 to 12 volts of the dock using a voltmeter usually used by a technician, Its easier if a friend has another dock. Or get another charging base. follow this link. http://www.amazon.com/Compatible-Battery-Logitech-Harmony-Remotes/dp/B002SLP3X8

My kodak eastyshare z760 flashes red when on the battery charger but yet, the battery never shows fully charged.

I had the same problem. I needed to take the clear plastic insert off but then I had to put a rubber band around the dock and camera (more on the left of the camera and dock) to hold it evenly on there since the camera was leaning on the right and wasn't charging for me. Now it charges as soon as I put it on there with the rubber band with no blinking red light anymore! Hope this helps!

Dualshock 3 battery is not charging

Have same issue. Contollers only 2 month old and stopped holding a charge. The controllers flash 'dead battery' when switched on, if I plug up the charge lead they flash to say charging, and after 10mins or so they stop flashing. But no charge in battery. both my controllers have been charged less than 10/15 times.
This fault seems to have come about after the latest system update?
I think you should contact Sony.

Red flashing light on battery indicator on the loading dock.

My Z760 does the same thing. When that happens I run the battery completely down by taking pictures until it shuts down. Then when I put it on the dock it charges properly. Don't leave your camera on the dock all the time and don't try to always keep the battery fully charged--instead it will develop memory and think it needs to be fully charged to run and will give you a low battery signal earlier than it should. Wait until you actually get a low battery signal before charging and it should help, but mine will still give me the red light sometimes. Then I run the battery out like I said before. I hope this information helps. :-)

Kodak EasyShare Z760 won't charge.

The problem might be that the battery has developed memory and won't charge further. My first battery used to do that, but then I read that you shouldn't leave the camera on the dock all the time nor keep the battery fully charged all the time because of the problem of developing memory. You might try running the battery completely down by taking pictures until it shuts down. Sometimes when my battery is low the dock won't charge (but goes straight to the red light), but when I run it completely down when I put it on the dock it charges properly. I hope this information helps. :-)

Red flashing light, constantly.

this is the fix.

"Hi,I just found a soultion on another website and it appears to have worked for me.Apparently the battery loses it memory when fully discharged,to fix this take a 9v battery and place the terminals + to + and - to - with the camera battery for 30 seconds or so then put the battery back in the camera and charge as normal.I just did this and it seems to be charging and the red light is solid.hope this helps."
