Question about Computers & Internet
This depends on which operating system is on the unit, But if windows, just install the windows disc into the cd drive and close. Then reboot the unit, pay close attention to the screen and it will come up to boot from disc press any key.. quickly press any key.. it will boot to the installation and give you the options to partition and format the disc and reinstall windows Operating System..
Make sure to have your driver list written down if you dont have the driver disc to restore..
Hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: problem with the novo key.
Lenovo has a support site that you can go to, which I have linked to below. I have already narrowed down the pages so that you can scroll down to the keyboard section, and just click on the appropriate link. This will install drivers (basically what runs the novo key) that will fix your problem.
The correct driver should be located around the middle of the page or towards the bottom.
