My phone just froze i cant press any button

if you cant find the reset button cause i have never seen 1 on v3's so far.an it the problem remains after taking the battery out and reinstalling it then send it to these guys they dont charge for having a look and would be able to fix it.i think it needs software loading on to it again realy but unless u can find reliable soft ware.

Try taking the battery out and waiting for 30 seconds. The reinstall the batter.
It that does not work, look behind the batter on the phone and see if there is a small reset button. You can reset the whole phone by pushing this button. You will loose all your information on the phone by pushing that button but it should work after that.
If it works you need to go to a tech at your phone server and have them update your phone.
