Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I have downloaded my playlist off my computer, and for some reason, probably my lack of technology experience, I cannot open the file on the player to well, play it.. This is my first mp3 player and have no experience with this type of technology, or most tech. Thank you.
May be the song format is not supported on your MP3 player. Please let me know your MP3 player & the fomat of the song that you have downloaded from computer.
Format can be known by right clicking the song & go to Properties.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Putting music into playlist
do not ADD mp3 tracks into the playlist folder. this is not how it works. connect the player to the pc, then transfer mp3s into the MUSIC folder. Get into the foled, right click on song you want to be on playlist, and option PLAYLIST comes up. press on it and a new window will open, with playlist options. you can drag and drop mp3s in there, and so you'll have your playlist.

Well, one way of fixing this can be to watch the files sync to your mp3 player and when it starts syncing the unwanted files, just simply press "stop sync". I think i know what you are using and i had the same problem at first. you will make a sync list and click sync but after that list if finished, it will sync the rest of the songs from your computer also, you can just wait for your wanted sync list to be finished and as soon as it begins to sync the unwanted media, just press stop. this wont harm your computer or your mp3 player.

SOURCE: Playlist dont Show
That player is set up for playlist transfer through Windows Media Player 10 only - you can either: 1) rollback your Windows Media Player to ver. 10; 2) attempt the firmware upgrade by running the Update tab in Philips Device Manager (may not work); 3) reinstall the installation CD - select Repair as your choice - it will add a plug-in that it may have skipped during initial installation. Good luck!
