Question about StarTech.com StarView SV211K 2-port KVM Switch
Lost ITV and Ch 4 - try this mate it worked for me and now i have all channels
2 con fig
3 clear data
4 factory defaults - click right hand arrow and select symbol-rate (6887) then press OK
5 it will say ' be careful ' press OK again.
Then it will ask you to choose the symbol-rate you wish to scan at - it will of already defaulted to 688.7 just press OK again
At about 57 in the progress sections you will start to see the channel's come up , from then on the numbers jump up rapidly to 770/770
Then the update channel screen will start automatically until it reaches 39
The box will then do a complete up date of codes
All the channels will be back all you have to do is to then go through my favorite’s routine again.

You need to do a full powerscan. The new ITV4 and the channels that said bad signal are on a new frequency my box didn't have 26700 when the lowest I had before was 33900. Press menu then go right to config and then down to clear data. Enter your pin and highlight factory default. Finally press ok on your symbol rate. Now do a full powerscan starting at 1000 going to 8700 and you should get all your channels back.
