Question about JVC XV-N410 DVD Player

JVC XV-N410 DVD Player

The JVC XV-N410 DVD Player I have continually pauses through every DVD. It seems the pauses are at scene changes. There is no skipping, just a screen pause for 5-7 seconds and then it picks up where it left off. Any solutions.

I apologize, I don't have a solution, but I can tell you that I've had TWO units, same model, with the same problem, in a 300 seat lecture hall on campus. The first time the vendor replaced the unit, now the second one is doing the same thing, and it's not under warranty anymore. I'm going to contact the company and if I get any satisfaction, I will post another message.

''Bad disc'' error when any disc loaded in JVC XV-N670B DVD Player

There may be a connection to the problem, but it sounds like the laser assembly may need to be replaced as well as/or the mpeg printed circuit board(the printed circuit board) attatched to the laser assy. Good Luck.
