My Pen Drive wasn't detect in computer.because I was install the imation pen drive Lock software to my pen drive.(I also have a kingston pen drive with 1GB)now it is not working.what I do?please reply to my email address. firstname.lastname@example.org

You can take your cd to a computer which has a CD ROM copy all the data from CD to a pen drive bring the pen drive to your laptop and install the software with the help of your product key. or you can also go online through your laptop google for free download webroot essentials 2010 and download it from internet on your laptop and give the product key when asked by the software.
You do not clearly posted your problem . So i will tell the possible remedies . If your pen drive is not shown in your computer then the usb port of your computer may be disable try to check in BIOS. It will also not show if your computer can not assign the appropriate letter for it . Go to disk management and try to assign unique letter. If this could not help you then your usb drive is totally damage . If there is any guarantee then consult with your shop
I think your pen drive is not formated properly. i recommended you that first copy all the important files from the pen drive and store it to the hard disk. Then go to run and type cmd
the type command as format d: note that d:=drive specified to pen drive. Formatting from cmd is reliable .
Most virus scanners will allow you to scan your peripheral drives. Just put the pen drive into a usb port.. wait for the computer to recognize it then open up your virus scanner and scan the drive letter associated with your pen drive.
