Question about Tomtom GO 720 GPS Receiver
I have a go720 and a kyocera lingo phone i done the bluetooth sync and it also asked for a passcode like you. i typed in 0000 and it worked fine

This is more an issue with your phone service provider than it is with the Go 730. You may have previously set a password for your phone's Bluetooth feature. If you can't remember it, you should be able to troubleshoot over the phone with your service providor's customer service, or just take it into a store to get the info back. Once that's fixed, you should be able to pair with your 730 without a problem
