I do apologise because my product is Hoover Quattro 1100 front loader washer AS110.My washer does the usual cycle but will NOT fast spin/drain,and because of this the door won't open due to the water in the tub,so I have to open the door manually?.Please advise/help. Thankyou Gurdial
The drain line is probably clogged. Maybe that a small sock or other piece of clothing get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. If the clothing gets between the tubs, it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump. To remove it from the outer tub port, open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub and try to remove the clothing through the port. Good luck

The delay timer leds flash at any point in the program. they flash 11 times pause then 11 times again repeatedly. If I stop the program and move the selector it will do a bit of whatever i put it on to, then return to the flashing. Sometimes it appears to run the full program but it then flashes 11 times ect when it finishes. Whats wrong with it? Its been a real pain from the start, I have had several problems, but only one whist in garentee. I have a five year parts garentee and am wondering if its worth the £99.50 call out charge or it will be cheaper to fix it. Cheers.
