Question about Philips Magnavox MS3252S 32" TV
I got this tv from a lady at my work. When it is initially plugged in, you hear one of the relays click, but when you push the power button there is no 2nd click. I have a green light on front so that tells me that there is power; so the fuse is good. There is no blinking, just solid green. I found a lot of posts for other JVC models that say to replace the C926 cap, but obviously the caps aren't labeled the same for each model so I replaced most of them. Does anyone have prior experience with this specific set? If so, please help...
