Question about Samsung ML 2010 Laser Printer
I bought a off brand toner to replace my samsung ml 2010 priner toner. But it keeps giving me the "CRU fuse error" sign. When I put the old toner back, everything is fine. How can I get the toner to work.
Was the "Off Brand Toner" a used refill cartridge? Usually this error is caused when the drum (That statically attracts the toner to it) has worn out. This can be caused by too much light exposure, or just from overuse.
I would suggest bringing back the cartridge where you bought it from and asking them to switch it out.
