Periodic power off and restart

this can be the most maddening type of problem to find the root cause.Reinstall Windows, make sure you are using the latest drivers from the website of the manufacturer of the laptop. Use another computer to download each driver from the man. website to thumb USB drive, then use the USB drive to install to the laptop. If the spontaneous reboot persists, it is a hardware problem, and the only way to fix it is to buy and replace hardware, starting with the least expensive, working your way toward the more expensive. Only so many parts are replaceable on a laptop anyway. Try replacing memory with new memory (can be hard to get to on some laptops). If the laptop isn't work the money to replace the memory in the hopes that it will fix the problem, then get a new laptop.

My DELL Vostro Notebook V13 cannot reproduce any videos, for excample youtube videos always display in gren and I cannot see a thing. Also Sometimes my screen gets blurry, or something like some parts of...

I hope it isn't the case but your laptop display may be going bad. I have seen this a few times before when I was working in a repair shop.

Things to test first:
Make sure video driver is the right one and up to date.
Install the latest Flash player
Install the latest Java updates
If you are ok with taking your screen apart (If not thats fine don't do it) check the cables in the back of it for burns or frays.

If all that fails best to take it a shop to have the display checked out.

My sound went of and it said no audio output device is installed

It seem like the drivers those you have are may not be updated or may be corrupted.
Download the latest drivers from the below website.
Then uninstall your old drivers from your laptop and reboot.
Then install the new audio drivers according to the Operating System that you are using (XP/ VISTA).
Again reboot your computer and it should work perfectly fine.

This is the website from where you can download the latest version of driver.
Hope this helps.

I have formate my lenevo 3000 y410 laptop 4-5 times, but hanging problem is not working time it's hang. but safe mode it's working fine. my os is windows vista home edition

If hang up all the time, and done many formats and still not fix, it It may be drivers, remove all drivers device manager, and replace one at a time, rebooting between installs, If that still not working, then it is usually bad hard drive, that needs replacement.

When i start the netbook it works fine then freezes up then a bright blue screen comes up and tells me i need to restart it.

This happened because you have a driver issue. you need to restart in SAFE mode press F8 at boot up. go to device manager and uninstall & delete drivers for anything with a yellow exclamation mark next to it. If no exclamation mark, remove the "Display Adapter" and reboot. If the PC now boot, then you must re-install the relevant driver again. If it still won't start back to safe mode and when boots go to RUN type in MSCONFIG and then enter. This will bring up a windows go to the startup tab and disable all. then reboot, if all OK then add things back to the startup again until you find the thing that hangs you up and remove it. then re-enable the rest of them and your back to normal.
