click on my account at the top, and then at the side there are different links, click on deactivate my membership or somehting, then click on the second link when you get onto that and it completly gets rid of your match.com account. theres no need to hide it or anything it is gone:)

When you resign your membership, they immediately hide your profile and photos from other members. Should you wish to reactivate your profile within 30 days, all you have to do is sign in and make your profile visible again.

When you resign only your subscription, your profile and photos remain visible until you decide to hide them.

To resign your membership or subscription, visit your account settings and select Resignation.
