Hi janie rath you need to go into settings. Then sounds and then to sounds. uncheck the vibrate and make sure you turn up the volume on the phone. cool have fun ok hope this helps.

To turn on the vibration of the phone,

First you go to the settings,

Select the profile,

Select personalize,

Go to the ring option,

Select the Vibrate and ring option.

Then you activate the profile.

Set phones ring style as "Vibrate then Ring" , "Vibrate" , or "Silent" to avoid the power on alert.

I set my ring style to "Vibrate then ring" so that I dont have to change the settings everytime I turn it on or forget to so when I receive phone calls or alerts it still rings & then I dont have to go back and change the settings again when I turn tha phone off so that is dosent have the power on alert.

This is the Only way I have found to turn the phone power on tone/alert off.


Change Ring Style:

-Go to Main Menu
-Settings
-Select Ring style
-Then choose change, & set it to the ring style you want.

the speaker need to be replaced on the phone if that does not work then the ringer may need to be replaced on the phone.

This phone allows you to independently set ring and vibrate modes. When you access "Call Vibrate" to set the mode, also visit the "Call Ringtone" menu to turn off the ringer.

You may want to leave the vibrate mode OFF and your ring tone ON and use the quick keys to switch between ring and vibrate. u edit ur profile and disable vibration first it wil automatically change ....
eg: u selecting meeting profile means u can edit that profile and turn off the vibration
